Snookie Jones, Chairperson, is CEO/Owner of Overall Marketing, which provides record labels with marketing support; CEO/Promotions for Philly 2000 Entertainment, a marketing and promotions company; and a Partner in Jones Black Jones Creative Artist Management. He is knowledgeable about all facets of the recorded music industry, independent promotion and marketing services, and both the independent and corporate sides of business. He has been Local Promotion Manager for Schwartz Brothers Distributors, Regional Promotion Manager/Director for RCA Records, and Regional Promotion Director for Giant Records.

Wayman Jones, President and CEO, is Vice President, Urban Music and Label Relations, Stadium Entertainment and Distribution; CEO/Marketing, Philly 2000 Entertainment; and a Partner in Jones Black Jones Creative Artist Management. He served as head of the Urban Music Department, Warner Bros. Records; Senior Vice President of Urban Music, Dreamworks Records; Senior Vice President of Promotion and Marketing, Motown and Mercury Records; Senior Vice President of Urban Promotion, Virgin Records; Vice President of R&B Promotion, PolyGram Records; and National Promotion Manager, Arista Records. He continues to quarterback radio projects, hire, and coordinate independent field personnel in key geographic locations, and service all new media for major and independent labels through Gravity Entertainment, a company he founded in 2005.

Cora H. Jones, Chief Financial Officer, is National Coordinator for Overall Marketing, and is Director of Finance for Philly 2000 Entertainment and for Jones Black Jones Creative Artist Management. She has a strong background in all aspects of marketing, promotion, financial, and banking. She has been a Consumer Loans Investigator for Industrial Valley Bank, Senior Account Coordinator for Fidelity Bank, Assistant Branch Manager for Midlantic /PNC Bank, Client Service Representative for Credit Bureau Associates, and Controller for The Comfort Zone.

Kathryn DiGiorgio, General Manager and Administrator, is Director of Administration for Jones Black Jones Creative Artist Management and for Philly 2000 Entertainment. She has worked as Local Sales Assistant/Administrative Secretary, Assistant to the General Sales Manager, Account Executive, and Co-op Coordinator at WDAS AM/FM; Account Executive, Local Sales Co-Manager, and National Sales Manager at 1340 AM WHAT; and Leasing/Marketing/Resident Services Director at The Yorkhouse (a senior apartment building).

Jonathan R. Black, Esq., Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs, is Co-founder/Vice President of RPM Consultants, LLC. He has represented Evelyn Champagne King, Teddy Pendergrass, The Delphonics, Dexter Wansel, and David Ebo. He is a Partner in Jones Black Jones Creative Artist Management. He was Vice President of Business Affairs for WMOT Records, Business Affairs Consultant for Alpha Records, Consultant for Business Affairs and Artist Development for Teddy Bear Enterprises, Manager/Legal Representative for jazz vocalist and pianist Rachelle Ferrell, and Executive Producer of the Linda Creed Tribute and the Norman Harris Tribute. As Legal Counsel, his clients include Jack the Rapper Magazine, Lil’ Joe Records, Miss B Records, Anansi Records, Coast to Coast Music Marketing, Salient Alliance (Hong Kong), Hot/JWP Music, Inc., and Fortune Entertainment.

James Alexander, Senior Vice President of Programming, was recently honored as the #10 winner of the “Radio Facts 2011 Top 10 Urban Programmers of All Time.” His 40+ year broadcasting career began as a senior in high school in his hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio (WCIN Radio). He has worked as Operations/Brand Management (Programming) with WJLB (Detroit), WGCI (Chicago), and KKDA-FM (Dallas/Fort Worth); National Program Director, Davis Broadcasting (Georgia); Program Director, Bell Broadcasting, (Detroit); Regional Operations Manager, URBan Radio Broadcasting (Louisiana, Alabama, and Mississippi); Operations Manager, Citadel Broadcasting (Louisiana); and Operations Manager/Brand Manager/Program Director, Cumulus Media (Mobile, Alabama, and Pensacola, Florida).

Gary Young, Senior Vice President of Operations, was recently Program Director and midday talent for LOVE 101.1/WLVH and Program Director of Gospel 1230 WSOK in Savannah, GA. A radio veteran since 1975, he was also Program Director in Richmond, VA; Jacksonville, FL; Philadelphia, PA; and Milwaukee, WI; and has worked in his hometown of Detroit, MI; Little Rock, AR; and Washington D.C. He is formerly Public Address Announcer for the Philadelphia 76ers, and has done voiceover work for NFL Films, Staples television spots, and educational films in Philadelphia. He is the recipient of the “George Boogaloo Frazier” Award for Excellence by Urban Network Magazine and “Large Market Program Director of The Year” by Gavin Magazine.

Al B. Love!, Senior Vice President of Technology, is the Owner/Voiceover Artist/Recording Engineer/Producer, Brain Damage Creative Services. A seasoned radio veteran, he has worked as an Instructor at CSB School of Broadcasting, Atlanta, GA., and was the Signature Voice for WJKS - KISS 101.7, Wilmington DE; Weathercaster, Radio Forecast Network, Scott, LA; Signature Voice, and Creator/Writer/Producer/Host of “The Old School Funkfest™” internet radio show, Vision Radio Network, Sacramento, CA; Director of Production & Creative Services/Audio Engineer/Voiceover Artist/Board Operator, Sheridan Broadcasting Corporation, Atlanta, GA; Production Director/Audio Engineer/Voice Talent, OMP Group, LLC, Atlanta, GA; On-Air Talent, WALR, Cox Radio, Inc. and Ring Radio Company, Atlanta, GA; Production Director/Part Time On-Air Talent, WOWI, WSVY, WMYK – Clear Channel Radio of Norfolk, Norfolk, VA; On-Air Talent/Assistant Production Director, KMJQ, Clear Channel Radio of Houston, Houston, TX; Production Manager/Voice Talent, Celebration Computer Systems, Houston, TX; Part Time On-Air Talent/Production/Board Operator, KLDE, Cox Communications, Houston, TX; and Part Time On-Air Talent/Production, KJYY, Entercom Communications, Houston, TX.

Eric “Hollywood” Davis, Vice President of Production, is Owner of Eric Davis Voiceovers and Creative Services. Former Director of Public Relations/Media Liaison, Metropolitan Urban League of Greater Orlando; seasoned radio veteran with more than 25 years of experience working in various capacities, including On-air Personality – WCFB-FM, Orlando; WQMG-FM, Greensboro; WXYV-FM, Baltimore; WIZF-FM, Cincinnati; WTLC-FM, Indianapolis; On-air Personality/Music Director - WOWI-FM, Norfolk VA Beach; On-air Personality/Promotions Director – WVBE-FM, Roanoke; On-air Personality/Program Director – WPZZ, Indianapolis; Broadcast Instructor, The Broadcast Training Network, A&T State University, and The Connecticut School of Broadcasting; Voiceovers for The Trinity Broadcasting Network; National Tour Voiceover for Mariah Carey and Janet Jackson; and Member, African-American Advisory Board for WESH-TV.

India Graves, Vice President of Artist Relations, is Vice President of Promotions and Marketing at Mizay Entertainment,an innovative management/record label, and Director of Field Operations for Jones Black Jones Creative Artist Management. She is the founder of Media Connections!, a marketing and promotions company. She has worked in Promotion and Marketing for Island Def Jam and RCA Records; as Southeast Representative and National Director of Promotions for Virgin Records; and in the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Southeast regions for Arista Records. In her twenty year career, India has worked with a virtual Who’s Who in the music industry, including L.A. Reid, Baby Face, Tyrese, Usher, Outkast, Youngbloodz, Ceelo, Santana, and Jermaine Dupri. She was featured in the 2005 issue of Who’s Who In Black Atlanta in recognition of her considerable contributions to the music industry and to community service.

BJ Lewis, Director of Technology, is co-owner of urbancoolradio.com and owner of bluesjazzradio.com, gospelenergy.org, spokenwordglobal.com, and handles artist promotion and commercial production services. In the 1960s, he became one of the youngest announcers in radio, using the name "Roadrunner" at WWIN AM in Baltimore. This 40+ year broadcast veteran has worked as morning/afternoon drive personality, in addition to Program/Music Director or Promotions Manager at V-103, Baltimore; WOOK FM, Washington, DC; BJ105 FM, WLOF AM, and WOKB AM in Orlando; Z93 FM, Charleston; WOIC AM, Columbia, SC; WBUL AM, Birmingham; Power 94 Buffalo; WJJS FM, Lynchburg; KPRS FM Kansas City, MO; WKIE AM, Richmond; WOKJ and WKXI FM, Jackson, MS; 103 Jamz FM and 106.9 The Fox, Virginia Beach; and 92Q FM, Nashville. He is a former news correspondent for the National Black News Network; a featured DJ on Westwood One’s “Mix America" Series; a play- by-play sports announcer for South Carolina State, Benedict College, Jackson State, and Norfolk State football and basketball broadcasts; and one of the hosts of V TV in Baltimore.

Almen Jones, Director of Internet and Computer Operations, is the owner/operator of Bhrama Bull Productions, LLC, an engineering and global multimedia computer networking service. Clients include Gravity Entertainment, Def Jam, Atlantic Records, Maybach Music, Sony, and Philadelphia International. He is Director of Internet and Computer Operations for Jones Black Jones Creative Artist Management. He worked as an Audio Technician/Assistant Engineer at Damand Productions/CRB Studios in New York City; was a College/Street Team Promotion Member for Urban Box Office Record Company in Orlando, FL; Studio Assistant/Lead Intern for Firehouse Recording Studios in Pasadena, CA; and an Audio Engineering Intern at Blakeslee/Pookie Studios and Larabee Studios, both located in Los Angeles, CA.
